Why BioPsych: I had always planned
to major in Biology, but first year really opened
my eyes to Psych. BioPsych seemed like the perfect
way to get the best of both.

Bio 2A03, Psych 2F03 (Neuroscience) and Psych 2H03
(Cognition)
Favourite Foods: I am a carbohydrate
freak. Pasta and bread! I blame the Italian in me.

Why BioPsych: I'm actually in Biology core, but wanted to be on the BioPsych
exec because they're far cooler than those from Bio =p

and this way I didn't have to deal with plants ever again!

Favorite classes: My favourite classes were pretty much all Bio, Biochem, Physics 1B03, Calclus 1A03, Stats 1CC3, Psych 2RR3, and Psych 2F03.
Why BioPsych: Hon. Biology & Math would have been a little dry, and I have always been fascinated by Neuroscience (except for Visual Neurosci).
Favourite Foods: Mostly Italian and Indian.
Place of Origin: Karachi, but got a hold of consciousness in 'Van City' (Vancouver).

Why BioPsych: I'm very interested in the external environmental cues and biological underpinnings of
human behaviour. BioPsych allows me to study from both a psychologcal and biological viewpoint. Furthermore, I like bats.

Why BioPsych: essentially to get the best of both worlds. I discovered my interest in Psych in first year (thank you, Dr. Day) and
BioPsych allowed me to explore Psychology while still maintaining roots in science.
Favourite Classes: Psych 2H03 (Cognition) and Bio 2C03 (Genetics).

Why BioPsych: have always loved Psychology, but in high school I
really enjoyed Gr.12 Bio and was having a hard time deciding between the two so BioPsych
was the obvious choice. The program is great because the double major gives you a lot of
choices after graduation. It was part of the reason I chose to come to Mac after high school.
Favourite classesI loved intro psych and even Bio 1A03.
Bio 2C03 (Geneticis) is really interesting and I can't wait to take some of
the other psych courses offered.
Favourite Foods:Ice cream
